Wellness
At Bella Terra Stables, our wellness programs are an invitation to slow down, step outside of the noise, and reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with the quiet wisdom of the horses. Whether you’re carrying the weight of burnout, feeling disconnected, or simply craving space to breathe, our programs are designed to meet you exactly where you are. Horses have an extraordinary ability to mirror what we’re holding inside, gently guiding us toward awareness, presence, and balance without judgment and without words.

For those navigating stress and exhaustion, our Beat The Burnout program offers powerful opportunities to learn with the horses through guided interactions. Participants explore boundaries, emotional awareness, and nervous system regulation, discovering how the horses respond to authenticity, clarity, and calm. These moments often lead to deep insight and a renewed sense of grounding that carries well beyond the pasture.
Our wellness offerings also include Qigong-Infused Yoga practiced out in the open fields, with horses grazing nearby. These sessions blend mindful movement, breathwork, and stillness, allowing participants to settle into their bodies and the natural rhythm of the land. The presence of the horses enhances the experience, encouraging softness, focus, and a sense of connection that feels both restorative and deeply human.

For our youngest visitors, Barn Buddies introduces children ages 2–5 to the magic of the barn in a gentle, age-appropriate way. Through supervised exploration, sensory play, and simple interactions with the horses, children build confidence, empathy, and curiosity while forming early bonds with animals and nature. We also offer Art with Horses, a creative and expressive experience for children that combines art-making with time spent alongside the horses, an open-ended, pressure-free way to process emotions, spark creativity, and simply enjoy being present.
At Bella Terra Stables, wellness isn’t about fixing or achieving; it’s about remembering how to be. Come unwind, reconnect, and let go in a space where you are supported by the land, the herd, and a slower, more intentional way of living.
