Hot Flash Friday is a relaxed gathering where women navigating perimenopause and menopause can come together, connect, laugh, and find shared comfort in the peaceful presence of horses. We don’t pretend to be experts in this field; we're just living in the thick of it. Sometimes being with women who understand and horses who don’t judge is exactly what you need.
