Meditation With Horses

Among the quietness of our rolling fields, beautiful trees, and gentle horses, guests will feel inspired to open up, engage, move, and respond. In this safe space, all become open to discovering resources and strengths that were not previously known.

Mindful Meditation

Mindfulness meditation is a mental training practice that teaches us to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both our mind and body. Horses, by their very nature, touch our spirits with their beauty, freedom, courage, power, and heart. Join our heart-minded meditation circle and experience how spending time with horses in contemplation is serene and peaceful, inviting us to enter into quiet, healing joy.

Corina Berkoben

Corina is an intuitive Reiki Master, Yoga Instructor, and Meditation Coach. Corina’s mission is to help as many people as she can enjoy the wonderful benefits and healing properties of these alternative approaches. Her enthusiasm for life is contagious and her goal is to help others find a safe space for their own healing and to be able to tap into their own true personal power and beauty.

Qigong-Infused Yoga

Qigong Infused Yoga is a gentle practice that pairs graceful movement with the natural rhythm of the breath. These two ancient practices blend beautifully to balance mind, body, and spirit and to restore connection to the earth, the universe, and all living things. Experience the flow and exchange of life energy through this meditation in motion  and feel naturally grounded and at peace through the presence of horses.

 A suggested donation of $30 goes directly into the care and well-being of our therapy horses.

It is a 5-minute walk through paddocks and up a hill to get to the backfield. Be sure to wear comfortable closed-toed walking shoes.

Jana Reynolds

Jana.png

Jana is a mindfulness and meditation teacher, guide, and devotee. She learned how to slow down and soften her approach to life and to herself from her horse. Her love for him and for being around him deepened her awareness and understanding of the things that truly matter in life.

She now defines mindfulness as appreciating the beauty in the details of one single moment and feeling connected to yourself and to life as a whole through that appreciation.
